MedRxVNC Technical Support


MedRxVNC allows the MedRx technicians to access  the customer's computer from anywhere in the world and resolve helpdesk issues remotely over any TCP/IP connection (broadband recommended.)

MedRxVNC does not require installation and does not make use of the registry. The client only has to download the small executable and initiate a connection. The connection channel is encrypted with RC4 encryption using 128-bit key.

After the connection is established, the MedRx technical personnel will be able to view and control the customer's machine. The customer can always break the connection by right-clicking the MedRxVNC icon in the system tray and choosing Close.

Prior to connecting, please call MedRx tech support 888-392-1234 to get a helpdesk station channel number.
